Key Accountabilities

• Supporting CEO with tasks and projects
• Providing recruitment and production support.
• General administration, tracking, system updating
• Developing new policies across Common Sense and Common Sense plus
• Managing team of volunteers across Common Sense
• Managing relationships with key external clients
• Leading the development of The Common Sense Network operations and systems
• Managing accounts and budgets

The Ideal Candidate

• Strongly believes in our company mission and plan
• Has at least one year’s experience working in business development or operations
• Adept at managing numerous, diverse senior and executive-level stakeholders, often operating under tight timescales and managing numerous competing priorities.
• Confident at pitching and able to build rapport
• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any subject
