Excited to share with you some of the cool things happening at The Common Sense Network in this short newsletter! There are things for you to enjoy but also take part in so please read till the end.

In this episode, I’m joined by Emmanuel Ovola, Physiotherapist and Nike Running Coach. Through his work with Nike, he has helped thousands of people as a running coach through the Nike Run Club App. Emmanuel also creates content on social media aimed at helping runners reach their full potential.

Oliver Dowden goes head-to-head against Labour's Angela Rayner at Prime Minister's Questions.

The deputy prime minister is standing in for Rishi Sunak as he travels to Washington to meet with Joe Biden.

This is the fourth PMQs that Mr Sunak has missed, representing the highest percentage of absences of any prime minister since 1979 - at 13%.

We are launching the second cohort of #Project10Hours, a programme where we open our studio in South London to 10 amazing projects at a heavily discounted rate and offer Consultation on branding and growth.

The aim of the project is to reduce the barriers to the most amazing project face, Pricing and Information. With a heavy discount and free consultation, we are excited to see these amazing projects grow.
